REGIS Online™ Return Policy

You may cancel your REGIS Online™ subscription within 30 days of the original invoice date of the purchase or update of the base system. You will be charged for the full first month at the monthly rate of $129.

There are no refunds on custom merchant data, or custom logo work.

REGIS™ Desktop*

If you are not satisfied with your REGIS™ Desktop software, contact Sites USA within thirty (30) days of purchase.

The data contained in Sites USA maps and other products is gathered from a variety of sources and Sites USA in no way warrants or guarantees the accuracy of the data.

To return your REGIS™ Desktop software, contact Sites USA for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number, please call Sites USA at 480-491-1112.

Once you receive the RMA number, clearly mark the number on the outside of all packages. Return all copies of software, data and accompanying documentation, destroying any backups or copies of documentation. The refund will cover the total price less any restocking and shipping fees.

All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns cannot be accepted past thirty (30) days after initial invoice date.

No returns will be accepted without the RMA number clearly visible.

Custom Mapping Return policy*

There will be no refunds processed for custom mapping orders.

We make every attempt to provide the most accurate maps possible at reasonable prices. If you find what you think are significant errors, please call Sites USA at 480-491-1112.

At the discretion of Sites USA, we may provide a new map at no additional charge; these decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are dependant on the type of error on the map.

If you realize that you have ordered the wrong map or demographic report before it has been delivered please call Sites USA at 480-491-1112 as soon as you can, every effort will be made to get your order corrected at the lowest possible increase in price.

Pre-packaged Map/Report Return policy*

There are typically no returns or refunds for these packages.

If you were sent the wrong package because of an error by Sites USA, we will at our discretion, replace the package or refund the purchase price.

Data, Consulting and Programming Return Policy

Demographic data, custom data and merchant data are all sold as-is and are not refundable in any part.

Custom programming and consulting services are billed either as piece work, billable hours or flat rate. Once any service has been provided and billed there will be no refunds of any part of the project.
