What is the cost of attending?
That is a good question. The price of the conference itself depends on how early you get signed up, and starts at just $895 per person.
The cost of lodging and travel varies, but the average cost is about $600.
How early do I have to register to get the special rate?
To get the least expensive rate you must pay for your registration before the close of business 28 March 2007, then Early bird rate is available through 28 April 2007.
Scottsdale and Arizona
Is it really 120 degrees out there?!
Well ... yes and no.
It does get that hot here occasionally, but 120 in mid June that would be a bit unusual.
And remember it is a dry heat!
For the most part visitors to the Valley of the Sun do not have problems with the heat, just be sure to drink plenty of water, and remember that the classrooms will be air conditioned.
The average low temperature for June is 72.
Conference classroom instruction
Will I learn to import a database?
Yes. In each section we have a review of basic REGIS™ features and capabilities, so if you are an advanced user we'll touch on it briefly and if you are a new user we will explain it in detail and practice it.
The sessions are hands-on. You will have your own computer with all of the software and data needed for the class.
How many people are in each classroom?
The number of people in each class varies, but we make sure to have enough instructors available to accommodate each class.
The average class size is about 20 people.

What airport should I fly into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the major airport in the metro area.
What is the name of the hotel?

Do you have a room block there?
Yes. The 2008 conference rate is $79. Please call The Gainey Suites reservations desk directly at 1-800-970-4666. To receive the discounted room rate your reservations must be made by May 26, 2008.
Meals
What about meals?
Sites USA will provide lunch and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday.
Can I bring my spouse to the dinners?
Yes. We realize that many of you will bring your spouse to the conference and may want to bring them with you to the dining events. All you need to do is let us know you want to bring your spouse and pay $45 for their meal before 10 May 2008.
